What does Exclusive mean?

Exclusive means that you will be picked up and dropped off at your destination with no stops to pick up any other passengers. Call for rates.

What hours do the drivers work? If I arrive at the airport at 11:15 PM will Advanced Shuttle be there to pick me up?

As long as you have a reservation placed with us, we will be there no matter what time you arrive.

Is there any difference in price if I make my reservation on-line or by telephone?

No there is no difference.

Do you provide car seats?

Yes, please call us for details.

If I need a receipt, can the driver give me one?

Yes all drivers carry business cards; on the backside of them is an official receipt.

Can I change my reservation time of pick up or the day?

Yes you may, with a minimum of 4 hrs, cancellations requires a 24 hr notice.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We do monitor flight status as long as we are provided with the correct flight number, But if you know that the flight is going to be delayed by more than an hour please call our office to let us know.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We prefer 24 hours, but as long as we have a minimum of 2 hours , we can usually accommodate.

Do you offer Senior, Student, or children discounts?
